Return and Refund Policy

At ONE10, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, sealed, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by ONE10 or a damaged or defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used consumable products
• Products with a broken or removed safety seal
• Products that are not in their original condition
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items, where identified as final sale

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified once it has entered processing or has been shipped.
